How can I get rid of a bad headache?

I have a bad headache. What do I do??

You should go to a doctor if you are having debilitating headaches. Also if you have a headache is worse than you have ever had you should see a doctor.

Lots of things can cause headaches, muscular tension, allergies, a sinus infection, a migraine, a stroke or annurism, and some are a complete mystery.

i take naps. that helps me… haha. if you don’t have time for a nap… try just some head and sinus medicine. that should help too. :)
