ok I just became the president of the key club in my school. The previous officers pretty much sucked so im trying to make the club better and the way it should be. So I have a few questions I hope you guys can answer: 1. How can I make meetings more fun? 2. How can I get my members to volunteer more? 3. How can I get members to actually come to the meetings
we have about 74 paid members but only like 10 show upto the meeting and about 7 show up to our volunteering places. what I dont get is why would they pay to be in the club and not come at all and not volunteer. what is your opinion on this?
