having social clubs in school?

why dont thay have social clubs in skewl? what I mean is that you can talk in all the clubs, but why isnt there one for just talking?

How on Earth would that help enrich your knowledge? Clubs at school are meant for enrichment…not just for talking. That is why. You can talk ANYWHERE.
