How much should I exercise to lose 13 lbs?

Hey, I’m 5’8” and weigh 138 lbs. I think I’m a little on the podgy side! I think my ideal weight would be 125lbs as That’s how much kaley Cuoco weighs, we’re both the same height and I think she has a healthy but slim figure. How much exercise a day should I be doing to lose this weight ( 13 lbs)? I’d love to lose it by October 31st (Halloween) as that’s my birthday and I’m throwing a big party and I’d love to able to spend the night in a gorgeous outfit without wishing I’d worn my baggy jeans and an olld tee shirt!

Any advice would be much appreciated!!

Hi,

The way to lose weight is through healthy diet and exercise. Eat 4-6 SMALL meals a day, consisting of lean meats, whole-grain starches, fruits and vegetables. Set up your plate so 1/4 is meat, 1/4 is starch, 1/2 is fruit and veggies, and there is minimal fat.

If you do this as well as drink 8 glasses of water a day and exercise for 30 min a day a few times a week, you will see healthy results.
