I’ve heard of people going to jail for passing bodily fluids if they have the HIV virus…so far, I’ve never heard of anyond going for passing around herpes…it might kill ya, but it isn’t curable.

Good point ty, although I’m pretty sure that they can go to jail for any STD that is not curable. Chlamydia can be easily taken care of with 3 pills.
This really depends… You’re not going to go to jail for giving someone Chlamydia, as far as I know HIV is the only one they actually bother to prosecute for because it is a death sentence…
If you had the STD knowingly and didn’t tell them you had it when you had sex with them and gave it to them - then yes you can.
