I am obsessed with her, she drives me mad Her sweet aroma can intoxicate Some gossip by the virtues of her dad You cannot be with her, she doesn’t date

My thoughts have haunted me through every night Within my mind the urge to know her heart And veiled my eyes while burning candle light Enkindles fantasy my dreams do start

I wonder what it’s like to be with her Or to confide the depth of my poor soul It’s hard for me because my feelings stir The vaguest hope that I cannot control

I want to be with one whose moral fire Is authored by the scripture of satire
