is this a healthy weight?
hi. im 14 years old. I am approx. 166 cm tall and weigh from 47-48 kg (mostly 48 on weekends but lower in the range all other times). is this healthy? I eat 20-35 gm of fat each day and 6800-7400 kj each day. I dance 3 days, jog at least 3 days and up to 5, I do sit ups, push ups and light weights 3 days and school sport once a week if that helps
Weight (in kg) should equal Height( in cm) - 100, plus or minus 15% for women or 10% for men. (Broca / France). The rest is what you do to remain healthy and maintain your proper weight.

I FEEL SO SORRY FOR THE PEOPLE OUT THERE LIKE you WHO QUESTION WETHER THERE TOO FAT OR OVERWEIGHT. HUNI your FINE. WELL TO BE TOTALLY HONEST DONT LOOSE ANY MORE WEIGHT BECASUE THEN you WILL ACTUALY BE UNDERWEIGHT. BUT your JUST FINE AS you R X :)
