According to http://www.halls.md/ideal-weight/body.htm, the ideal weight for someone of your height is 125 - 164 lb. It’s kind of a large gap, but since you are not an adult, I’d lean toward the higher end…You’re still growing and will have time to make muscle.

The “ideal weight” that average weight that other people of your Age, Height, Weight and Gender would describe as their ideal weight is 144.
