Is this a healthy weight loss goal?
is wanting to lose 30 lbs within a month and a half healthy? but yeah how quickly can someone lose weight? i don’t care if it a helthy way or not.
ohh no like i’m not like 100lbs and wanting to look like i’m dead. i’m over-weight. i don’t want to put my actual weight on here cause i’m exetremely self-concious about it. but believe me i’m not like OMG I’M 90 LBS AND WANNA WEIGH 60. and i would perfer the healthy way but if i absolutly have to do it the not healthy way i will
no its not healthy, losing 1 to 2 lb a week is the best way to lose it and keep it off, but as you don’t want to lose weight healthily i can’t give you advice.
You’re gonna drop a bunch of weight the first few weeks just by running, crunches, and dietiing… but after that first month it’ll drop to anywhere fo 1-3 pounds a week of loss… I know this from experience… I run cross country and I’m over 200 pounds… mind you that the first week or two the majority of the weight you’ll drop is water weight… and after that it will start attacking fat… don’t starve yourself either just eat portions and healthy

Depends on how much you weigh now that determines if it’s a healthy way.
