You need to do two things, go to the gym a couple days a week, ask somebody for some good toning workouts for a girl like yourself with light weights, focus on leg, butt, and abdominal workouts, after that do 30 minutes to an hour of cardio, whether it’s on the treadmill, in the pool, on a bike, it doesn’t matter. The second thing you need to do is eat low carb, low calorie, high protein foods like vegetables, egg(whites), chicken, fish, beef and drink a lot of water and low fat milk. If you do these two things you’ll lose the weight for about two months or less.
