What would be a reasonable weight loss goal for me?

I’m 17 years old, weigh 60 kg, and am 1m78. I want to lose a little weight, or actually just tone up my body (thighs mostly) in 4 weeks. What is the best possible way to do so?

Slow jogging and swimming. Swimming will burn the most calories, and the slow jogging (which you can do up to 4 miles every day) will burn existing fat.

Note: to help not get too hungry from the exercise, eat a higher protein diet. To help actual weight loss, cut as much simple sugars as you can (such as sodas, candy, etc.).
