Is there a way to slow down your metabolism?

im 20 6’1 and I weigh 145 lbs. I want to gain weight but everything I try I just keep losing weight. any ideas? all ideas appreciated thanks

Lmao Heyy anyways to gain weight (which is the oppisite I want T.T) (emo) you gotta go to buffets :3 eat meat and fries and burgers and what ever you want. but dont eat to much because its not that healthy

most people say to gain weight you eat heaps of takeout and sugary/ fatty food. lol this is not true. this will encourage your metabolism to work faster. you need to do exercise, and eat a special diet I think you can probably find one online.
