Is skipping good for losing weight?

Hello.Can skipping helps to lose weight?Heard that it is a good exercise as it is a full body exercise..

It’s brilliant.. that’s true its get your whole body going, your heart pumping and is great for keeping fit. You don’t have to have a diet ^^ just to get slim. Skip it’s great =] We used to an hour of skipping a week a few years back at school hehe

skipping is great for lots of things including stronger bones,lungs and heart and anything that gets your heart rate up will make you lose weight
