Is it true that coffee stunts your growth? My step dad says it does and I say it doesnt because I have been drinking coffee since I was like 5 and it didnt do anything to my growth
It’s a myth…everyone in my family is quite tall and we were all raised drinking coffee from the time we were 4 years old…parents just say that to try and prevent you from drinking coffee.
If it is true and you people who are like 6 foot and drink coffee a lot, think how tall you wouldve been without drinking coffee lol. Don’t think it’s true.
same here am 15 already like 6 foot I been drinking coffee everyday since I was like 4 so yea I dont think it real lol
