Is it illegal for you to go home with a teacher if there was a reason like you told them you were raped and it was the last day of school?

It is not illegal going home with a teacher, but if there is innapropriated behavior then yes. I mean first of all you are underage and second of all you should keep your personal life and school(teacher) relations separate.

providing you didnt do anything with the teackher, and nothing sexual happened then no its not illegal make sure your parents know about it though because it sounds like you just wanted to talk to them about your problem, and the teacher just wanted a safe place to talk to you and help you out but still, tell your parents you were talking to the teacher just in case they think something else happened
