It just all depends on how you lose it. If you eat right and work out a lot then its possible to lose that weight and still be healthy.

Yes, it is provided you eat healthy and excercise regularly. Some people that are really badly overweight can lose that amount and still be fine. If you starve yourself do to that or set unrealistic goals then no, it isn’t healthy.
15 pounds a month is not 3 pounds a week (that would be 12 pounds… given that there are 4 weeks in a month). And generally the recommended amount is about 10 pounds a month…
yes, that is fine. about 1 year ago I joined weight watchers and lost 7lbs the first week and any where from 2-4 the next couple of weeks, So yes it is fine and very realistic. This was even with no excercise. I did there plan called the Core plan. was never hungry. So good luck. We need are summer bodies back. LOL
