Answer #1

You may have overcharged the battery

Answer #2

the only thing i can suggest(assuming you already tried restarting it) is to let it die, as well as be careful with it if you drop it, these problems will occur, also don’t jog with your ipod as this can cause it to freeze up

  • hope this helps

doubt tht. its been half charge since this morning but its been runnin fine till now

Answer #4

Its possible that you charged it longer than you should have or it’s not getting enough charge. I used to put mine in the charger and take it out when it was a quarter full because I was addicted to it. Then I’d have to charge it every 10 minutes and my iPods circuit was gone. Also if you haven’t updated it to the latest version, that could be the reason. If you still have the warranty, take it to an apple store. They can give you a new one. I know calling Apple doesn’t work, they used to advertise their products telling me I need a whole heap of apple product things that cost the same price as a new iPod would. I kept trying and eventually, there was this one worker who helped me out. So if your patient, you might just find the right person :-)
