How do I un-freeze my Ipod?

my ipod cromatic has froozen on the ‘connected’ screen how do I un-freeze it? thanks.

I’m not computer techno but the same thing happened to me & my co-worker came over & just held down the middle round button on the nano for like 5 seconds & it powered off. Then you just start up as normal. Hope it works for you. :)

Slide Hold switch to HOLD and back. Press both Menu and Center button for 6 seconds until apple appers.

hold down the play button and the center button at the same time. It happens to mine all the time.

How down the middle button and the pause button at the same time. My ipod does this all the time and it’s so annoying.
