Inner Peace

I need inner peace. Lately I feel stressed over nothing which is leading to explosions of anger, tears and bingeing. Any yoga, meditation, or other techniques that can help me?

go for walks, long walks. If you are exploding with anger and crying a lot, there is a reason. Take long walks to try and figure out whats in your life that may be making you feel this way. Being alone while doing this helps a lot!

Yoga can definitely help you. www.yogayak.com has instructional videos of different yoga routines. If you find that yoga isn’t your thing, exercise in general helps relieve stress. Find something that you love to do, and stick to it. =]

I would also recommend talking to someone you trust about what you’re feeling, why you’re feeling it, ect.
