How do you treat inner thigh acne?

How do you treat inner thigh acne? I get a lot of inverted pimples in my thight and due to my light pigmentation, the pimples leave scars that dont heal. I’ve thought as far as the extreme measures of skin grafting and realized that the inner thigh is where they mostly take skin from :( any suggestions?

I wax, but thats a different issue.for a couple years now my thigh acne has been bothering me and it has nothing to do with hair follicles because I dont get hair in that area. I’ve been using neutrogena body wash products but it doesnt seems to work. im a pretty thick girl.. so does my thighs rubbing together create the acne? im too embarrassed to show a doctor.

It may not be acne. It may be ingrown hairs.. do you shave your pubes? :L

I have seen the same problem as yu (babainub06’s) I’ve tried a lot of products and so far no results I’m also a thick girl. my husband doesn’t have aproblem with it. but I really want to get rid of the dark area.

Treat it as regular acne … do you shave your thigh area? Ingrown hair can be causing most of the problem.
