Im so sick of being overweight

O.K. So I use to weigh 128 about a year and a haft ago when I was sixteen I now weigh 178 I have gained fifty pounds I dont look bad, I can hide weight very easily I’ve tried everything to loose weight . but I just cant im not miserable with my body but I dont love the how much I weigh is it because I am matureing please help me

you don’t even need to lose that much you’re just a tad overweight to keep the weight off you need to eat a healthy breakfast like special k to raise your metabolism (how quickly your body digests food) bring in your own lucnh to school/work wholemeal bread, salad, tuna, ect with a low fat yoghurt and an apple somethin like that dinner try fish and steamed vegetables and work out 30 mins per day whether that be at the gym, doin situps swimming walking/jogging up and down the stairs going for a run whatever you like! :]
