im skinny, but not fit

im 14 and I weigh around 130 pounds and I am 5’7 and a half but I also am a D in bra sizes, so I know that puts on a little weight I know I am not fat, but I have no muscle because I dont play sports..so all I basically am is fat.

what are some exercises that I should do every night before I go to bed and will it make a difference?

wow d cup thats so not fair! lol im 5’1 ( 15 years old ) and im an A :( but im like only 85 pounds and I eat and eat and dont gain weight and I wanna work out to get muscle but I dont know how
