How can I get fat? im too skinny!

I dont get it..!! im eating normally..I eat meat..I have snacks and stuff like that..and I wanna get fat..but I just cant!!! I tried lying on the bed and eating junk food..nothing!! my best friend has the same problem..but she doesnt eat breakfast and she has only 2 or 3 meals a day..so please tell me what kinds of foods should I eat to get fat..? I would be really thankful!

I have the same problem too, I was hoping someone was going to say something very helpful. I just want to add a little flesh in some areas, like my bom and hips.

No matter what people say.. skinny people are the best.. then when you get eat a lot to get fat it wont help.. then when you are actaully fat you want to become thin and suffer.. I have the same problem as u. but I think skinny people are the BEST everyone wishes to get skinny.. so I say im lucky im skinny not fat I wont have to suffer.. so my advice is, stay skinny.. but if you really are serious about gaining a bit of weight like me, then do what I do, I eat all the nutrients neeeded, we will see the result at the end. but I do not eat meat im vegetarian…

I’m skinny my self..people always tell me you have to eat. I eat a lot but it doesn’t work…so my thing to u, to get fat is go running every morning..if you can:) It is good for people who are short to go running too!

Don’t eat a lot of sugar your stomach will get fat or big!!

OR go bike riding because it is good for people who are skinny:)

well…don’t eat snacks and junk food. Go healthy and start excercising and your metabolism will even out and you will actually gain weight. If you struggle to gain weight. Fast foods is not the way to go…plus it is really unhealthy. Oh and stay away from sugars.

I have the same problem and it really sucks no matter how hard I try I dont get any meat on my bones, I feel anerexic but I eat. I dont even look my age.. Its depressing and even tho im depressed I still cant gain a pound. 16 year olds shouldnt weigh 95 pounds.

Metabolism plays major role in people getting fat or skinny,not food or exercise,or stamoch absorbing ability.

People with high metabolism will not get fat no matter how many they eat,People with low metabolism will easily get fat even they eat little.

So you want to change your metabolism?

Metabolism is largely effected by your mind!

If you thinks a lot (or let’s call intelligent),then your metabolism is high.

If you worrys a lot,then your metabolism is high.

If you are too sensitive (or sharp),then your metabolism is high.

if you are under pressure,then your metabolism is high.

To sum up,if your mind is not in peace and relax like baby,then your metabolism will be high.

I found lots of skinny people are very sensitive,they can sense and feel things that other people cant. you can say,their high metabolism is direct result of their “clear”.

That’s why skinny people alway looks smart than fat people.

Let me tell you a story,once there was a very smart and skinny guy,later he was hit by a car on the head,then he bacame stupid,just in one year,his weight inceased from 150lbs to 300lbs! why? his mind stopped working,therefore a very low metabolism.

ok I am 16 years old and I had\still have this issue I just had my 1st period 2 weeks before my birthday so I am a late bloomer .. if you know what I mean. I weigh 110 or a little under I play soccer and I am very active… kinda, mostly at school. I don’t know the best way or exactly what I was doing but I think running and LOTS of milk!! I have a bowl of cereal mostly every morning, milk at lunch time, and when I come home I have a snack blah blah and in the middle of the night or right before I go to bed I get a bowl of cereal or a big glass of ovaltine (type of chocolate milk mix) and have it ang go to bed. OH I have icecream almost every day! I get a bowl and put icecream in there (duh) and pour milk in it too,(trust me its great!!) stir it together and put cinnamon in there and mix it and it taste like a malt or I don’t know but it seems like a weight gainer for me! and I seem to be filling out! before all this I wore a size 1 then moved up to a 3! now I can fit a 5 in some brands! :) I feel more confident then I was before. sorry so long hopes this helped!!.. best of luck

why do you want to get fat I so wish to be skinny because thats sexy…really and im fat but if you really want to gain weight then exercise to build musel cuss fat it not healthy…like lift weights, run, and do carios and yeah anything that will build musle.
