Im clueless about if he actually did use the condom :(
Last night , my mom worked double shift and I had a guy come over who is 19. He thinks that I am 17 , but really Im 14 . He came over and I already knew he wnted to have sex based on the time of night it was when he called me.We were on my bed and he took my clothes off I gave him a condom , but didnt put it on for him. After he left the condom was on the floor but it was opened , unrolled and everything but still had the latex smell on it. what am I supposed to do ?

Girl, don’t be stupid and lie about your age! He could get in big trouble because of that. And if he didn’t use the condom, it’s your own fault for not making sure and letting randoms have sex with you. Be more careful next time. And respect your body… You’re so young, why risk pregnancy and STDs at that age?!
if he used the condom it would have semen inside of it or leaking out- possibly pubic hairs caught in the bottom band as well.
