How can I lose weight in 3 months?
i’m 240lbs and i’m 14 years old. how can i loose some weight with out going on a pill or going on a eating disorder in about 3 months?
Oh my goodness, please no one listen to hellsangel. If you actually do what she suggested, you would be extremely unhealthy, possibly do permanent damage to your body, and even die if you kept it up for long enough.
If you want to be healthy:

Eat small meals often. Eating often helps to keep your metabolism going fast. If you eat less often, your metabolism slows down. That means you burn calories slower. So you should be eating about six small meals a day in order to burn off calories quickly.

Avoid pig and cow meat. That’s the meat that’s bad for you. It is fatty, so it makes you put on weight, and it also clogs your arteries in the meantime! Try chicken, turkey, or soy substitutes instead.

Walk. Walking is a great and easy way to shed some pounds and stay healthy.

ok, being 14 id difficult. you are not going to loose a whole buch of weight in 3 months, sorry. HOWEVER 8 lbs per month is an ok ans safe goal. dont take diet pills please, the cardiovascular risks are too much for someone of your age. Walk, walk, walk! then jog. cut your charbohydrate intake to 60grams daily. No soda, no junk food. Most of all, dont stress if you have a set back.
no what you gotta do is eat a bowl of jelly a day and thats it the sugar free ones are the bast and your basically just eating a bit of jelly and a pint of water it fills you up so your not hungry it works and doesnt take tlong and when your hungry just stop yourself from eating unless you feel really dizzy it worrked for me i went from size 10 to 6 over a year
well what you can do is cut out all the SUGARS and STARCHY foods from what you eat every day dont drink softies or eat alot of candies and start walkin alot every day or do alot of activities HELPED ME.. if you need more advice email me
