im 200Ib and I want to lose it the healthy way! What should I eat and what kind of exercise should I be doing??

Dear Metal, What type of exercise machine do you have access to?

I can help you. You must get into cardio….this will not only do what you want physically, it will help you in your all around daily life. You must not exercise watching your look. Exercise concentrating on reaching goals in your workouts. I will help you with this.. I just need to know what machines we have available to you….on a daily basis.

I think familycoach has some good ideas but here are a few of mine:

If you want to tone your stomach try 20 crunches a day and then work up to 25, 30, 35, ect.

Eat healthy by not snacking on junk foods or going to fast food restaraunts. If it’s a day when you are thinking about excercising or running you should eat a lot of protiens and carbohydrates. A good snack would be peanuts or half of a peanut butter sandwich.

Eat a lot of fish and chicken for lunch or dinner. These are great foods that will give you a lot of energy throught the day and you won’t be hungry inbetween meals.
