Will this help me lose weight?

if I
walk 2 miles every day lift some weights eat no junk food drink only water not eat after 7 eat around 1200- 1300 caloires a day eat lean cuisines and fruits. eat three meals a day and 1 -2 snacks

By doing all these things could I loose weigh or look more fit (by gaining musle) if not please tell me ways to fix it. (trying to lose some weight before school starts) thank you!

they sound good. you could try joining cross country and you’ll probably lose a lot of weight and gain a lot of muscle. but eating after seven doesnt really make a difference, just dont eat in the hour and a half before you go to sleep.

well you dont have to do all that first of all do cardio (running, swimming, aerobics) and you dont have to eat three meals its actually better to eat more smaller meals it keeps you metabolism up because your digesting the food. and also dont listen to whoever says not to eat after seven try to eat like a light snack before bed again to keep your metabolism up during sleep. and dont stick to only water try orange juice and milk both very good. and last but not least eat foods with high fiber percentages its good for you and keeps you full longer. funmail me if you need any other advice
