I want to buy mice

I have lots of pet rats but I want mice aswell the mice are to feed to my snakes I was gonnam do it with the ratsd but I feel in love with them but I hate mice will the rats get on well with the mice

You’re going to find quite a few tales of people keeping rats and mice together successfully, but it is never a good idea. Simply because they look the same, you should not forget that they are two distinct species with distinct behaviors, needs, stresses, and social skills. Think of a scenario in which someone has set up an enclosure with a puma and a bunch of housecats. It might work out, but it’s asking for trouble.

If you do decide to keep them in the same cage, provide them with a LOT of room plenty of food, and as little stress as possible. If possible, put them together when they are young, as animals that learn their social skills from one another are less likely to turn aggressive later. That being said, don’t be too surprised if one day the mice end up inside the rats.
