I wanna fix it up..

im 5’4 and 119 pounds..I work out a lot so I have a flat stomach but I have HUGE hips..how do I make them seem smaller?

The bad news is that if your hips are wide, part of that is a function of your bone structure: wider pelvis, wider hips. The good news is that if you fall into that category, you probably tend to be “pear”-shaped, as opposed to being “apple”-shaped. That means you store fat on your hips rather than around your waist. You will have lower risk for heart disease, although it is frustrating buying clothes.

You can’t “spot”-reduce, so adopt a comprehensive exercise program to lower your overall body fat and increase the amount of lean muscle you carry on your frame. Work up to doing aerobic exercise three to five times a week for 30-45 minutes each time. You’ll burn more calories the longer you spend exercising, so walk, don’t run, to extend your exercise time. Cycling and in-line skating are other great ways to burn calories and have fun too.

You seem a great weight and having these “big hips” isnt a bad thing. Dont try to change them! Science show that women with bigger hips attract more men because of fertility.. I know that isnt important to you… but hey! I believe curves are better than stick thin. I would kill to have curves, but I have a naturally straight up and down figure Maybe you can’t reduce the size of your hips.. that may be your natural shape and be your bones and not “fat” Just appreciate them.. lots of people would love to have your hour glass shape… You are so lucky I am so jealous!

P.S you can make them seem smaller if you really want buy choosing the correct clothing.. or you could excentuate them!
