I wake up in the night... really parranoyed... help?

I wake up quite a lot in the night, and I usually wake up feeling quite parranoyed or worried for no reason, even if I just had a good dream. And its like I feel really afraid, and I listen out for every little noice… and its like I’m too afraid to move, but I don’t know why… and how can I stop feeling like this because I hate it…

You could have a lot on your mind. You should see a doctor. Your body could be trying to tell you something.
