What should I do to keep me cool during the night ?

At night im freezing cold so I put extra blankets on me but during the night I warm up then I wake up sweating in the morning I know this question is stupid but someone out there must have the same problem please help xx

Yeah! I don’t have a vent in my room (it was an add on to the garage) so my room will be 20 degrees at night, so I’ll just keep poking my feet in and out lol I have a really thick blanket :)

I have the same problem, but I find that I’ll keep my whole body covered except for my feet and it balances it out lol really. :)
