I should have worked two jobs instead of college

My college graduation is about a week and a hlf away, and I’ve just realized something? I really hated college, I wish I hadn’t gone, I wish I had worked 2 jobs for the 4 years I spent there. By now, I could have had a lot of money saved up and I could have opened my dream restaurant. F you college, you thought me nothing but stressed. I realized that college was not for me at all. The only reason I went was because that’s what most people did after high school, thats’ all. Does that make me ignorant? does it make me stupid that I hated college so much?

Answer #1

I’m still in high school. but I plan on going to college, so I probably don’t know what I’m saying but here I go. In the long run, college will probably have helped you. I bet if you didn’t go to college and open that restaurant, you’d have less customers than if you did. Simply because they know you are a hard worker..or something along those lines. Good luck.

At least you completed it. That will do you a lot of good when you are out in the job market. You don’t realize right now how much you’ve benefited from college but you may realize it further down the road.

Congratulations!
