How to lose weight the healthy way?

okay so im 14 and 126 pounds. I recently suffered from bulimia. I’ve been really unhappy with the weight that doctors are requiring for me to put back on. and since im under such tight security with my meals considering I was in the hospital for my condition, I no longer have the chance to purge which I suppose is good. im not allowed to excersize either because my heart is messed up from starving it. but what I have been doing is excersizing quietly in my room so my parents dont know. what are some good excersizes that I can do inside with only my knowledge that are effective?

In your best interests: you MUST follow your Doctors orders to the letter in order to successfully recover…I wish you the best !!

I understand what your going through but for the time being I suggest you don’t do physical activity until it is approved just because most bulimics die from heart attacks which can be caused by need a increase in oxygen which is what you need when you work out. Just take it slow and recover before you do anything that way you will get better faster. For the time being just recover from your eating disorder before thinking about losing weight becuase honestly thats how most recovering ed people have a reoccuring ed. Anyways good luck with it and just get better soon and don’t think about losing weight for right now
