How can I lose weight in a healthy way?

Im need to loose weight and i know all of you ppl probally get sick of hearing alot of girls saying oh omg im so fat i need to loose weight. its not like that im not asking to be anerexic like some of the retards on here i just want to get to a healthy size. im not confident with myself right now and i would really like to be. I know fasting isnt a good way to loose weight and its unhealthy but if i were to do so is it true that i will gain twice as much weight back? even if i ease into food and eat healthy after words? and is their a diet pill that really works?

Hi,

The way to lose weight is through healthy diet and exercise. Eat 4-6 SMALL meals a day, consisting of lean meats, whole-grain starches, fruits and vegetables. Set up your plate so 1/4 is meat, 1/4 is starch, 1/2 is fruit and veggies, and there is minimal fat.

If you do this as well as drink 8 glasses of water a day and exercise for 30 min a day a few times a week, you will see healthy results.
