I need to loose 10-20lb. In a month.

So my birthday is on spring break and the first day of spring break is April 3rd. So I have untill then to loose 10-20 or more lbs. I am 5’2 and I believe I weigh 183 right now. I am starting my diet tomorrow but I was wanting some ideas, or any good advice or diet that I can use to help me loose this weight, I desperately need to loose it. Because my boyfriend is also coming home on spring break, and I want to look good for him. So somebody please help. Thank you, Mal

well do a LOT of crunches push ups ect go on a diet were you eat altleast 3meals a day and dont eat before 7 or 8 (7 is better) and if you get hungry in the night just eat a fruit with like water drink lost of water NO JUICE,SODA , ect :)

Do a lot of cardio and go to a sauno right after, and drink a lot of water. I had a friend who lost 17lb. in a week doing that

Run everyday, I do a lot, although I’m not your weight. I’m 127 as of today. I’m 5’5” and 13 years old.

So uhh, eat healthier, but DO NOT STARVE yourself. That’s awful.

Umm, othe than that, do nightly stretches.

I have a fun way to work out..it’s listening to rap and trying to dance like a black chick. Haha, I do that for roughly 2 hours and I have a 6 pack. No lie. :)

you need to make sure you drink a lot of water!!! as much as you possibly can!!

it’s good to eat 3-5 servings of whole grain a day

lean meats

eat vegatbles!!! the’re actually some that are really tast!

stuff like avocado’s & olives are “veggies” that you dont want to eat a lot of.

fruit: 3-5 servings a day

dairy: 3-5 servings (low fat) THIS DOSENT INCLUDE CHOCOLATE MILK!

milk: needs to be low fat

water: 8 glasses (you can put lemon in it or also they have 0cal powder! that taste yummy!!!)

snacks: carrots celery canned fruits cucumber tomatoes 100 calorie packs

meat: lean, and no bigger than the size of you palm (hand palm)

HOPE I HELPED!

exersize:

  • in the morning go jogging & then it’ll give you a higher metabolism all day -at least 30 minutes in the afternoon/early night of cardio, which is stuff like treadmile, jogging, bikes… stuff like that
  • then weights for 20 minutes
