Losing weight in a month

umm I what to now how loose weight in 1 month I need to loose at least 10 pnds im 14 and I weigh at 200 I need to loose 10 before I go on vacation my mom says and I need to now a good way to do it mean I dont eat a lot maybe 3-4 meals a day I walk a lot I mean a lot I stay after from skoo hang outwith myfriends and we walk every where I eat vegy and my fruits but still im not loosing nothing please can someone help my out please

First of all you mom should NOT be telling you to lose weight…that is disrespectful to you and I’m sure you are beautiful the way you are. If you really want to lose a few pounds though, you need to burn off more calories than you are taking in. Go run/jog for 30 min. in the morning before school and try to watch what you are eating. If you really want to lose weight it will take work. Also, don’t stress about it too much. If you learn to be happy with yourself and confident it will be much more attractive than losing ten pounds.

Don’t take second helpings, eat a huge breakfast, don’t eat anything past 6 pm.
