Answer #1

Write them a letter or get your sister to talk to them and explain that you really try not to get upset but you are not doing good by yourself and you want to go talk to a counselor or go to a doctor. Even though you are not a open person, I think they will listen to you. Good luck to you!

Hi, I think keeping emotions in yourself is not the right way of dealing with your problem. By keeping it inside it will eventually blow out. You need to talk to your parents and explain that you are on the edge and need their help and support. What is the reason of your depression? What makes you think that you are in depression? Is it a first time you feel that way? Talking to counselor is a good idea (thanks mysticunicrn for the advice). You need to identify the root cause and deepness of the depression. If it is a deep depression you need to visit a doctor. But anyway, the first step is to talk to your parents.

Answer #4

Not many people are open people, I know I’m exactly like that, I keep things bottled up too

Answer #5

thats the problem im not an open person

Answer #6

thank you guys so much I’ve finally told them

Answer #7

I usually keep my emotions to myself because if anybody knew what I was thinking it would freak people out, and I wouldn’t be able to live a normal life. The many things I keep trapped in my mind, only I know. But if you are an open person just tell your parents, they will probably understand.
