I need help losing weight without all the running

I really need to lose weight, I’ve got an ugly stomach that sticks out relly far and my thighs are like HUGE! But I can’t run/jog, swim or anything like that because I have a heart murmur and I’m only 13 and so I can’t join a gym. So how can I lose the weight? Thanks

if you want a good way to diet, half your portion size then you can afford to eat double portions (I)

just eat healthy and sometimes it doesnt even matter what you eat just how much you eat of it (btw im really sorry to hear that you have a heart murmur) but remember the fact that you are 13 and you have your whole life to slim down.And because you are always looking at the things that you dont like about yourself try to look at what you do like about yourself

cut out the chocolate, and fat in ytour diet and replace it with fruit, when your hungry grab an apple, before you think about chocolate. another good tip I tried was after every main meal, clean your teeth to top you fancying more food, when your not hungry.

portions child, portions… control that intake. That will limit the calories you eat… in turn doing every day things will help burn some… slow bicycle ride is good for the body and low impact to the heart…
