I'm becoming bulimic

should I talk to my doctor about it? I know that it’s bad but I’m stubborn and I feel kinda addicted to it right now.. do you think that if I stop making myself throw up that my doctor will give me a medicine to slow down my appetite or fasten my metabolism?… I know there are other ways to lose weight but I’m very impatient and don’t want to wait. I find losing weight fast makes me feel better than losing it slow. just please answer my question I don’t need lectures.

This is something that you should talk to your doctor about. It’s not about being stubborn, really it’s about dening safe and smart. What your are doing is very dangerous and it goes beyond just wanting to lose weight fast. You are not okay with how your body looks and about 75% percent of the people in the world feel the same way you do. People that are overweight and people that look fine but in their mind still feel that something is wrong with their appearance. Anything you want to use a method that is not natural, to help your self lose weight, you are heading in the wrong direction and about to do yourself serious harm. Tell your doctor, you might find out after a check up that their is someting the doctor can do for you to lose weight. However, if he tells you to work out more and cut back, then do that. You get what you want out of life when you put in the work. Two pounds a week the natural way is better and will stay off your body better than losing 20 pounds a month by throwing up after every meal. It’s not healthy for you to do this. “Just my thoughts”

I know, there was a question about you and an eating disorder a while ago which is why you need to STOP asking people how you can loose weight get help now, while you can this is a unhealthy and dangerouse eating disorder thats robbing you of your health, can take away your fertility and can ultimatly kill you as well as numerouse other health problems that make you both weak and sick and good health is one of the most important things you have spending all your time f*cking it up is one of the worst ways you could use the life you have you need to get help, talk about your weight to other people, and see a doctor or go to the hostpital wouldnt you rather stop comparing yourself to unrealistic and fake images, and be a helathy girl with a lot of years in front of her or feel like your rather die than be fat, lower your life expectancy, and spend most of your days feeling sick, weak and pretty much like your dying, not to mention you could end up being tube fed at the hospital if you get too obsessed about the whole thing do get help you can still turn your life around and live a normal life thats worth living because throwing up food that you need to survive is NOT worth anything it wont make you happy, it just makes you do it more because you dont stop thinking your fat when your actually underweight for your lifes sake, get help

Um I don’t think that he will give you anything to slow down you appetite he will probably tell you things you already know. Like eat right, exercise and watch your calorie in take. They do sell over the counter metabolism boosters though if you go to a Rite aid or a CVS and ask someone there they can help you. Hope that is some what helpful. Good luck!
