How do I tell my best friend that I'm bulimic?

I have been bulimic for a while but I havent told anyone… I really want to tell my best friend but I dont want her to be disapointed in me for bein bulimic… I don’t wont her to worrie about what im doin to myself… I hate keeping things from her…should I tell her about my bulimia or keep it to myself…please help I don’t no what to do…xxx

I told my best friend.. the minute we got in a fight she used it against me.. we’re not friends anymore but she was just a horrible best friend

I encourage you to make sure you fully trust her first then if you do.. tell her

I know how hard it is to tell but you have to tell someone

well im bullimic, and this is how I told my besyfriend “jessica, I know where bestfriends&all but, I need to tell you something, but you have to promise me you wont tell and that you wont judge me.”

shes known for 2 years and never told a soul. :] hope it workss.

Dear danipower15, Yes, tell your friend, your parents and your doctor. This is a treatable condition and if you continue you will suffer a cardiac arrest or heart attack, which is caused by an electrolyte imbalance of the mineral potassium, a consequence of vomiting or the use of certain diuretics. People who vomit frequently will also lose the enamel from their teeth, which subsequently become sensitive to heat, cold, and acids. Their teeth may eventually decay and fall out. I think that you should tell her and anyway I dont think that you should b hidin stuff from her what if she was hiding stuff from u? how would you feel?
