I love dogs but im allergic to them

You’d probably be relatively safe with any dog that needs to be taken to a groomer for a clip. These dogs don’t shed, therefore little dander…but they do have to grooomed on a regular basis…The list above is a good one…Westies, and Wired-hair Fox Terriers, are on the list, too.

Umm. Thats hard, I wouldn’t know since I barely have allergys (just a runny nose and puffy eyes in the spring) but I would guess talk to your daughter?

your probably complaining about nothing, try having my allergies, but what I do is take loratadine, albeuterol, take a shower, flonase, and have an epi-pen on hand

ummm take benedrylls? or claritan or w/e…or if the side affects of hanging out with dogs isnt that bad, just do it anyway..

I have a maltese and it has been said that its a perfect dog to have if you have alergies. My brother is allergic to dogs and he is perfectly fine with mine.

You are allergic to the dog’s dander and saliva, not the dog. Poodles shed little and don’t leave around a lot of dander. Also washing you pet and keeping it clean will help. Small dogs produce less saliva than large dogs. A list of the top ten dogs that cause the fewest allergies:

2. Schnauzer
3. Portuguese Water Dog
4. Soft-Coated Wheaten Terrier
5. Maltese
6. Lhasa Apso
7. Yorkshire Terrier

Chihauhaus and Bichons. Bichon’s have hair not fur.
