Am I weird for loving my dogs so much?

hey no worries I am the same way with my dogs I have a chihuahua and a pit and I consider them as me children I talk to them and buy them things all the time

As long as you look after your animals requirements(exercise, training, medical needs, etc) then its fine. Just think of it as your passion or hobby. I am the same with my dog.

Hey, I’m right there with you man, I love my pets A LOT and they’re one of the most important things in my life. If you have the money, then ya, buy them stuff, just make sure you have enough money to pay your bills.

hey there sounds like your obsessed and obviously you’ve found a passion for animal loving! I don’t think its a bad thing but you should maybe find other interests to take your mind off them!! But I wouldn’t say your weird everyone has an obsession!

well I mean it’s ok to love animals and no thats not wierd. but dont waste all that money on them; waste some yeah fine but not a lot they dont know anyway what you spend on them or anything ;D

Dont listen to what anyone else says…the more you love them the more they will love you. they will always be there after a bad night and after someone screws you over. dont ever take em for granted they are the best friends you could ever have and deserve all the love you give them. and no im not a dog lover, im not an animal lover, im a hunter, I’ve shot bambi, I dont care about all the cute little animals. I just know that I’ve been in crappy situations and coming home and seeing my dogs and them laying down near me and giving me kisses always made me feel better. they earn their love, if not now then later

Yeah I agree, I mean spend stuff on them once in a while but not all the time.
