You cant sweetie, srry to tell you this but for starters you are only 17 years old…I dont know the laws of N.Carolina, but I do know that unless you are 18-21 there is no way someone will marry you legally without a legal guardian’s consent!

You’re way too young to be getting married anyways…why dont you both wait a while, stay together as a couple, but live separately til you are of age…its just a year or so…if you have waited this long, what is another year?

In the meantime, save up some money because you are both going to need it…with a baby on the away, you are going to need a lot of money… crib, stroller, baby table, play pen, then we have to worry about clothes, bibs..diapers, baby wipes, ointments, powder…not to mention special brush, also a special tub for bathing the baby…special soaps and detergents, and not to mention bottles, formula’s…then regular check ups for vaccinations & stuff…

Having a baby is a lot of work as is when you are still a young teenager…having to deal with all this stress is not good for you in this trimester…trust me, please wait… have this baby then worry about moving in with the father when the time comes…if he truly loves you he will wait & not try to risk the health of your unborn baby at this late stage in your pregnancy!!!

Hope all ends well… Good Luck!

The marriageable age for North Carolina is 18 unless you have consent, even if you are pregnant. Your options are either lie about your age (would would make your marriage invalid anyway), wait until you are 18, move to another state, or get parental consent.
