I am goin on a diet for myself!!!!

Well after the first question i asked…ppl showed how much they cared…and i am goin to do this diet for my self and if the guy wants to be wit me after than that is to bad…they were right he is a jerk.And he does not deserve me.But i do need more advice…how do i start this diet…and when?And how do i keep it going…and what exersises should i do?Now this aint no guys problem but i do need help!!!

hey good for youu , and diet&exercise is pretty easy. Just eat half of what you normally eat,you should have a light breakfast…i mean you can get special K cereals if you heard of it.Their a pretty good diet you loose weight a lott i lost 20 pounds for eating it.And also dont take regular milk with that you should take skim milk. There are also special K bars you can eat if you like chocolate like i do you can eat the chocolate special K bar.There are also waffle’s of special K with reduced skim milk. And just dont drink any soft drinks such as soda’s and try to stay away from fast food as much as possible.And for the exercises you can do the treadmill for atleast 45 mins.And then you can also do the bicycle as well.If you stay with the diet and exercise for atleast an hour or longer you’ll be good.And trust me it works you just gotta stick with it.I know its hard,but after a week you’ll get used to it.And do buy the special K iteams i told u bout they help a lott.Anyways good luck!

Diets are really really easy. Don’t do any fad diet or some amazingly stupid diet. You don’t have to cut back or anything like that. The key is to simply eat the right foods. Get your nutrition in, and be full. Nutrition is a lot easier than one might think, too. Just make sure you have a few things of bread a day, some potatoes or something starchy with dinner, a bit of meat, make sure you have some fruit too. Drink milk or eat cheese if you’re not into milk. Water is really important for health, too. Don’t think too much on it, and just replace your chips with carrots and nummy dip. Also, don’t worry about reading calory labels and stuff. Stick to the elementary stuff: A bowl of cereal that’s chocked full of sugar, if it’s still got weat, it pretty much ok. Just don’t overeat anything that you don’t need. ALWAYS feel full, but not FULFILLED. You don’t need the chocolate to feel full, so don’t. And if you’re hungry, eating any old thing won’t fill you up. If a sandwitch doesn’t seem apetizing to you, you’re NOT HUNGRY.

ok i have the same problem, i loved ur advice about if u dnt want a sandwich. the problem i have really really low self asteem any help, rite now im goin through a lot of shit and life is bad, i really hate that my life is goi this way, but rite now i want to tackle weight advice?
