howw can I loose 20 pounds in one month

ok.I really need to know how to loose 20 pounds in one month.I have a wedding to be in as a bridesmaid and can barely fitt in my dress.omg!!!plzz help me I am going to loose my mind.&& I have tried almost everything.just plzz dont sayy exrcise and eat right cause it takes to long for the time I need to loose it byy.soo plzzz just tell me some good ideas or suttin.thanx

There are two ways to do it.

  1. Get a colonoscopy. The clean-out is so massive, I heard you can lose 12 lbs. in one shot. Or, IF you ARE HEALTHY:
  2. Marathon anything - run, hike, bike, walk, dig, or anything else you can think of for 10+ hours, two days in a row. NOT what you are calling exercise. I once had to lower my patio by a foot. Many weekend hours of dig and wheelbarrow the dirt, much weight loss IMMEDIATELY and I was one solid muscle in just a few weekends.

hey im tryin to do the same thing ypu are. (well… almost) if u alreadhave an excersise plan i have some other tips. DO NOT EAT AFTER 6:00. ( I KNOW IM STILL ADJUSTING TO THAT RULE) WHEN YOUR HUNGRY EAT A PIECE OF FRUIT. DONT DRINK POP AT ALL. TRY TO STAY AWAY FROM BREAD AND CHIPS. WHAT ELSE? There are ways, but you can’t lost 20 pounds in one month unless you really want to.

  1. Eat mostly vegetables
  2. No breads or flours or sugars
  3. No fried or baked foods
  4. No soft drinks
  5. No drinks or any foods with High Fructose Corn Syrup
  6. Nothing from a factory
  7. No alcohol or coffee.
  8. Boiled (not broiled) lean chicken or fish (salmon is great). (A couple of ounces per meal!!!)
  9. No rice or other starches at this point.
  10. No salt

Basically, that’s the advice of Dean Ornish, and Dr. Joel Furhman. You want lots of greens and some protein. The weight will fall off.

Eat as much of salads as you want, until you’re stuffed, then you won’’t feel hungry. Eat small amounts of light fruits.

Above all, get educated on losing weight. Check out the library, your local bookstore, and the internet. Stay away for pills and other chemicals. Take my advice with a grain of salt.

  1. eat 3 meals only… honestly the snack thing you should just eat an apple or a banana after 2 1/2 hours you eat lunch..
  2. 100 sit-ups a day (better in the afternoon)
  3. no salt, no sugar, no bread, no flour, no coffee!
  4. excercise everyday!! dont skip a day!!!
  5. be coinfident!
  6. keep a daily sheet.
  7. make a goal for youself.
    example. 30 days- 30 lbs!
  8. have a friend excerise with you.
  9. no diet pills
  10. be sexy while excersing!!
  11. think of that bikini you want to wear this summer!! and/ or hang it in front of you while you are excersing!!

hi my name is sharon and I am 20 years and have a hot sexy body but before thati was fat I said to myself one day I am fat and got to loose 25 pounds I went to a nutritionist and she gave me a meal plan I am happy ,sexy and acheived all my goals .I know people want to knwo how to loose weight so I will give it to you because I used to me like you and I want you to live your life.so hear is a plan you use every day and I garentee you will loose 2 pound per week (an dont cheat because you wont loose):

1.you wake up drink a glass water with ice
2.after have breakfast eat cearl whole grain half a cup of milk half a cup of ceral.
3.2 hours later eat a fruit
4.2 hour Later 100 calorie snack 
5.2 hours later eat a meal lunch eat a chicken any kind but two peices and a salad 
6.3 hours later eat whole wheat bread with tuna,or cream cheese,hummus,any kind but not a lot eat like two spoons of that.

7.DONT EAT AFTER 6;00 OCLOAK YOU WILL GAIN WEIGHT 8.YOU WILL LOSE WEIGHT AND BE SEXY AND BEUTIFUL 9.SUCK ON A LEMON AT 3;00 OCLOAK EVERY DAY

You have to exercise. Maybe you should just go for dancing classes, it helps and does help you to lose weight. Maybe you should just go cycling everyday or skip 100times evryday. Unless your really fat running for about 2 - 4 km would be a good idea. I’m a sports freak so it doesn’t work since im too skinny for a kid anyway. But for adults you should maintain the same distance of running everyday, if it gets to easy start runnning 4-7 kms a day. Youj should only have a maximum of 3 days resting in a week.
