how will this work out for me?

ok so I just read about a diet that consists of ONLY ramen noodles and a lot of water. I am naturally a very tall and curvy girl. I LOVE my curves but I would like to flatten the excess flab on my stomach and I just read about a diet where you eat only ramen noodles. two bowls a day. I cant afford to buy nuts and meat and a bunch of fruit and vegatable so I was wondering if I did this…eat two bowls of ramens a day, drink LOTS of water, AND exercise(run 15 minutes everyday, do 200 crunches) would I be able to tone up my tummy and lose the extra flab on my stomach??? PLEASE HELP

yeh you’d loose weight but not necessarily on your stomach! I’m the same, very tall and very curvy which I love :) but the tummy lets me down! haha.. but I just eat healthily and exercise regularly - can’t do much more than that can you! if you ate healthily and you did stomach exercises, that would be better and more enjoyable because you wouldn’t be malnourished and when you don’t eat it makes you grumpy! haha :)x

If that is all you ate, you would no doubt lose it. The ramen noodles are carbs so they are gonna keep you full for longer, than say, a piece of fruit would. I would say drink your water cold, it can burn up to 100 calories per glass if it is ice cold. If you stick to this diet, you should definitely lose weight. But also remember Ramen noodles tend to be high in calories (which is why no more than 3 bowls a day should be appropriate) and extremely high in sodium so this isn’t a diet you want to keep up for more than a couple weeks. Or you could have more health problems than just a little flab.

Answer #3

no you will have malnutrition and eventually have iron deficiency or vitamin deficiency, which is essentially detrimental to your health. Ramen noodles contain no nutrients. Only sodium. High intake of sodium can cause problems for your health, namely high blood pressure. If you would like the proper recommendations, please send me a pm and I’ll teach you a healthier and efficient alternative.
