How too loose weight?

I was called fat a few days ago but now all I want to do is become fitter and lose weight. What is the quickest way that is not dangerous or bad for my health? I want to be thin but not a supermodel thin!

You look pretty thin judging by your picture. Don’t listen to what people say about you, it’ll just make you think worse of yourself. You’re very beautiful, and don’t look “fat” at all. Now unless you’re pregnantwith triplett’s and 300 pounds overweight you’re not fat! Don’t worry about what they said, you’re totally not fat. And you don’t need to loose weight. BUT, too answer your question, do sit-ups and pushups at least twice a day, and you’ll lose about about 5 pounds if you continue doing it the whole week through.

try being active for about a week mayby u can lose 5 pounds that can be good enough for a week or even more.
