Simples way is to take the decimal and put it over a denominator equal to the number of values in the decimal…eg, if it’s .1, then it’s 1/10.
However, if it’s .38567 then it’s 38567/100000

To change a fraction into a decimal, divide the numerator (top number) by the denominator (bottom number).
