How to respond

My boyfriend often compliments me and tells me that I am pretty. one time he asked why I never complimented him… how can I respond/ compliment him? it seems weird to say to a boy that he looks good… I mean, I think he looks good, but what do I say??

just tell him you didn’t know or not if he would like that but now you do know. guys like it when you compliment them, maybe not as much as girls but everybody likes it when people tell them something looks good or they look good, because it makes you feel good about yourself. if hes wearing a shirt you like, tell him you like it and that it looks good on him thats what I do to my boyfriend. or say he did something different with his hair that day and it makes him look hott..tell him lol. see theres a bunch of different ways you can compliment him without telling him straight up that hes hott, cause yeah I understand that is kinda awkward.
