Who has tried HCG Diet drops, and do they work?

I really want to try HCG Diet drops, but I have heard that they can make you sterile. But I have also heard a lot of really good reviews about them too. Has anyone tried them, that still wants more kids, or know anyone who has tried them? I need advice.

Every single diet product, per the government guidelines, that gets sold always has to say that it works only in conjunction with proper diet and exercise.

So skip the supplement as it’s a waste of money, since you need to improve your diet and exercise anyway.
